Cuts & styling

Cuts that still look right six weeks later.

A good haircut is about how it falls when you do it yourself on a Tuesday. We cut for your hair's texture, your face and how much time you actually want to spend on it.

What we do

Women's cuts. Long layers, bobs and lobs, pixies, curly cuts and fringe — shaped to grow out gracefully rather than needing rescue at week four.

Men's and children's cuts. Clean, classic and quick, in a calm room rather than a queue.

Blowouts and styling. Smooth blowouts, soft waves and event styling for weddings, reunions and photos.

Trims between color. Keep ends healthy so color reads glossy, not tired.

Our approach

Every cut starts with a conversation — what you liked and didn't about the last one, how you dry it, how often you want to come in. Jeannie brings New York technique (Matrix and Arrojo training) to Charleston and has been cutting hair on the West Side for decades; reviews consistently say she "cuts it exactly the way I ask."

Questions

Do you take walk-ins?

We're a small two-chair studio, so appointments work best. Call (304) 344-3659 — if there's an opening the same day, we'll fit you in.

Do you cut men's and kids' hair?

Yes, both. Same care, same calm room.

How often should I get a trim?

Every six to eight weeks for most shapes; longer hair can stretch to ten or twelve if the ends stay healthy.
