Because a trim and a color correction don't take the same amount of time, we don't use an online calendar — a stylist reads every request and calls back to confirm, usually within one business day. Prefer to talk? Call (304) 344-3659 — she'd rather hear from you than read a form, and she answers most days, not only when the studio is open.
Prefer to type? Message us on Facebook — Jeannie checks it constantly and replies most days, weekends included. The studio line is a landline, so it can't take texts.

The schedule has more give than most salons. If you have a genuine hairmergency — color gone wrong the night before an event, a cut that has to happen today — call or message and ask. Sometimes the answer is yes.
